You will learn a sultry and evocative routine in Lola’s signature style that incorporates edgy heel work, pretty pirouettes and slinky basework. Lola will also share her top tips for improving your movement quality to create that mesmerizing fluidity and intentionality. Open to anyone who has some experience in the basics of pole dance (pirouettes, spins etc). Bring your kneepads and heels!
